I am the type of girl that doesn’t come once in a lifetime,

I am the type of give that comes once in eternity.

There is no woman like me,

So if you expect me to be like someone else or view me through a limited perspective you will never be able to see all of my beauty and everything I have to give.

If you miss out on me, you have no one to blame but yourself.

If you ever have the opportunity to even entertain the idea of having a woman such as myself as yours, you better make sure you are ready for her.

I’m the type of girl that every man’s mother loves. She knows from her own experience that men can be a tragedy in the life of a woman, and even she can tell that I am the type of woman who will give my all to her son, but only if he shows himself worth it.

I’m that girl who will laugh at your ridiculously corny jokes, because I see the underlying purpose was to make me smile, and nothing can make me happier than a man who is trying to be the reason for my smile. The effort is the reason for my happiness.

I am the type of girl that won’t wait for you to take me out, I’ll tell you to put on your Sunday Best and let me show you how much I value you. I don’t need you to be the one to always show me I’m special, because you are special to me as well and you equally deserve to be shown how I feel.

I have no intention of being a sugar baby or a kept woman, but I do expect a man to put in the effort to keep me.

I am the type of woman who will never question your words and always will accept your truth, until you admittedly lie to me. At that point, I may never trust you again. Don’t underestimate him understanding I am. Tell me the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable.

I am the type of girl that you can tell anything. You can tell me about your first kiss, food poisoning, what you ate for lunch, stories from your day at work, frustrations about a flat tire last week, tell me everything. I want to know you. No story is too lame or silly, tell it to me.

I am the type of girl that will be your best friend, your secret keeper, I’ll ride for you like none of your homies ever had, B. I will always love you, even on the days I don’t really like you. And I will never allow anyone else to drag your name through the mud and I will always defend you, yes even to my mama. So as your best friend, respect me as a best friend. Don’t take for granted what we have.

I am the type of girl that will not call and harass you, but I do expect the simple respect of communication. Don’t ignore me or put me last on your list of priorities. I will only accept coming after God and I should be a close second to your mother.

I’m the type of girl to expect your actions to match your words, because mine will. I am flexible, but I expect your commitments to be fulfilled. I just want you to keep your word.

I’m the type of girl that will wear your favorite color, root for your basketball, football, baseball, soccer and/or hockey team, celebrate every promotion, and make your favorite cake every year for your birthday not because I’m obsessed with you, or trying to change myself for you, but because what is important to you will always be important to me, because you are important to me.

I am the girl that will support your dreams, and push you harder than anyone else, because seeing you happy is part of my purpose. And even when you fail, my words will never tear you down, but provide encouragement and support, because I know you are more than a single problem, let down or mistake.

I’m the type of girl who understands that we will go through thick and thin, and during either one I will not let go of you. I don’t give up so easily. I am not a quitter. I will never quit on you. The only way for you to get rid of me is if you leave, and if you decide to leave, you can.

I’m the type of girl that will not plead with a man to love me. I shouldn’t have to. I am one of the greatest women you could be so blessed to have, so not valuing me will only hurt you.

I’m the type of girl who if I was your woman, will never push you away. I will always leave the door open for you when you’re ready. I’m not the type of girl to put up walls and guards, I want you to know me, even the most vulnerable parts of me and cherish it.

I’m the type of girl you will be mentally abusing yourself over for the rest of your life knowing you messed up your chance because you realized that I am everything you thought didn’t exist.
